Now I can take the sportbike to the gym! The offset bottom strap is genious, and the contour of the pack really does all but eliminate wind drag. I do not need to think about the backpack while riding, and thats the whole point. If you have a larger or race style helmet, I have noticed that my neck will contact the top center of the pack. Since both objects are made of composite materials, they dont rub smoothly. Not enough to knock off a star since the functionality of the pack is just aces.
I typically carry the following items and while full, the bag has provided all the storage I need.

This pack’s aerodynamic design saved my life on the freeway from aggressive high winds and turbulence compared to my old commuter pack. People’s heads turn as I ride by, almost as if I have a parachute on my back. The top indentation helps the helmet stay in place in a full tuck position. The aerodynamic design cuts down the pack sway effect to near zero. It’s extremely comfortable and I sometimes forget I even have it on. It’s a bit hard to pack awkward things. I’ve managed to pack a pair of high top chucks, 13″ Macbook Pro, a toothbrush, and a weekend’s worth of clothing with little trouble. The spinal padding is so thick and comfortable, that any awkward, overpack bulge won’t cause any discomfort. I’ve recommended this pack to other riders, and I speak highly of it when people ask about it.

Purchased this backpack a few weeks ago. I’m a fairly new rider in Oregon. i dont ride everyday, but only after a few rides the stitching holding in the buckle to the left strap frayed off, and now makes it unusable. wish i could exchange for a new one, but im sure since i “rode with it” they wont take it back.
