WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer trackable shipping worldwide and each package is estimated to arrive between 12-20 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):
1. USA ~ 12 to 20 business days.
2. Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia (most countries), Australia/ New Zealand ~ 15 to 35 business days.

Delayed delivery – in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30 business days. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year’s end (November to December months).

EXPRESS MAIL VIA DHL/FEDEX/EMS/ (3-15 DAYS):
Available for single items, depending on country. For orders of more than one item, higher shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will email you at your given address for confirmation. We generally do not offer DHL for large orders of multiple different items.
If your order is urgent, please email us at support@uzbags.com to confirm that the order will reach you in time for your special event.
* Please note that express shipping such as DHL and FedEx may charge high tax.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (2-4 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-4 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 2 business days later.

CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@uzbags.com as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order that you have just made.
If your order has already been handed to the post office or is in transit and you want to cancel it, we will evaluate a refund once you return all packages in unopened conditions Please note the cost of the return is at your own expense.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
To track your order all over the world, please log on to: www.17track.net and insert the tracking number provided. For US orders, you may log onto www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided.
*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion, an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.
